Wouldn't say that it's too lucky with the anatomy. Looks like there are bumps on the face around the eye and the eyeball is simply unnatural (I have an impression of the iris floating above the sclera and casting shadow on it). However, I am really fond of the style and the color usage.

No copy, no interlace, great use of colors, good subject matter/composition/anatomy. This might very well be my favorite Leon piece ever! I almost missed this among all the other recent releases. Great work, Leon! \o/

Wow, really nice! Makes me wonder how it is done when looking closer. The entire pic seems to concist of.. swirls. Is it the wonders of pc? I just cannot imagine pixeling this with a joystick on c64.

Top-notch pixel art.

Basszus, tényleg nem hittem el hogy ez a pic hogy néz ki "állat"-on, a régi gépemen :)

Nice, Leon got it instantly why I suggested the heavy eye makeup.

The nose should be on the other side of the right eye, though... \;b>
(that thing to the left of the eye looks pretty much like part of the nasal bridge to me)

I really love how the use of HiRes have increased lately, it gives me a warm back-to-basics feeling. It's such a powerful gfx-format in the hands of the right artists, like Mermaid, Veto, Twoflower & now you too Leon. (Sorry if I forgot someone.)

Nice to see another hirespicture that dares to explore the medium. I really like the iris; it feels fluid and moist in a very good way.

Great work, but the screenshot isn't exactly the same as the .exe file. You could have easily disguised the cyan block in the lower right area, but then, you only took a few hours. So, Salutes all the same!

A quick work done in a few hours. Testing what can be done in hi-res, trying different ditherings, choosing this one. The pic was made in photoshop using 8x8 grid, and no copy.
