I think Groepaz nailed this one. Some places in Canada in the 80s wrote the date this way (some still do). Based on one of my old wares lists I just dug up this is a Canadian local import group with several other releases in 87. | User Comment Submitted by Rough on 11 April 2013
Looking at the date order (dd-mm-yy) I'd say they are European. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 11 April 2013
Groepaz: Now someone added ESI as releaser again. It wasn't me. It always happens it seems.
SOMEONE/EVERYONE: Just add the releaser of the release in question, please. ESI did not release this, they cracked it. | User Comment Submitted by The Phantom on 11 April 2013
I have 3 different cracks of this, all showing the same game screen. The cracks I have are by: ESI, +4d-REM, ESI+TVC (the vasa crew).
The TVC one has an intro (cracked 02-05-92).

You are right, Groepaz. Adding info in comment field instead.
Some local import of Park Patrol, by ESI. | User Comment Submitted by Zyron on 11 April 2013
Hacked Triad intro. I know I've seen a similar one before. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 11 April 2013
looks like typical canadian local lamer release to me =) (and release group really shouldnt be set to ESI, this isnt an ESI release at all) | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 11 April 2013
Strange import by some Exodus (ESC) (Crack by ESI). Someone have an idea what group that is? Found and preserved by Bepp/Triad. |
