Awesome Intro, but IMO, not the best.

I remember the intro HCL did..

Had a huge dycp'er, huge GP logo with color pr0n..
/me thinks this is the best GP intro, EVER.... Genesis Project "HCL Intro 2"

Still, this intro is kick ass too :)

hedning: there is no difference, same tune, actually =)
EDIT: Ah, now I saw it used subtune #1 instead of #0, ok. I just checked the tune binary and not the intro code =)

Once again, the (so far) "IOTY" intro of the year 2013, was done by G*P, my 2012 fav was the Plasma Intro (though there were many other excellent intros by G*P in 2012). This one got everyting, neat FX in both parts of the splitscreen, rasterbars, techtech, awesome scroller, simple but very nice fire sprites in border, great music, kewl skull, nice logo, what else could you ask for. 10 sharp :) Great job, WertStahl & celticdesign!

@Didi: Though fire's "only" bottom border, NTSC adjusting border FX is sometimes impossible, and the rest of the time a pain in the arse, don't you think so?

@Necro: Knowing your music style, I understand by "a little too nice" that you expected some true hellfire for the ears. ^^ However, I think for a visually so hot intro, why not "hell kewl" music as a contrast to prevent it from getting too hot. :)

Massive intro and damn good (if a little too nice in this context) music. Kudos mates!

Watching this intro on NTSC is a big difference. It's simpler there. No fire or logo movement anymore... but it works.
