Can't sample the filter internally. Voice 3 outputs wave+freq and volume only in $d41b and $d41c registers.
This is a great tune, though. Thumbs up Hein. | User Comment Submitted by Stone on 12 October 2009
Wow, this is so cool! Nice idea with the sid model selection. I wonder if this could be done somehow automatically? I know there are ways to detect the sid model, but since all 6581s are different, perhaps running a quick test on voice 3 with filter enabled and then sampling the output and building a transfer function from the results? I don't know how the multi-voice-filter distortion would come into play though. | User Comment Submitted by psych on 12 October 2009
It's a shame, but I'm listening to this one for a first time and YES,it's fantastic! | User Comment Submitted by Linus on 12 October 2009

That digeridoo sound is some of the absolutely most wicked SID i've heard! A shame it's only in the beginning.. | User Comment Submitted by Jazzcat on 28 June 2004
I have to agree with Steppe. This is a powerful track, I guess opinions do differ, great track (and 6581/8580 choice to take advantage of the different filters = cool!) | User Comment Submitted by Steppe on 28 June 2004
Awesome digeridoo! I can't believe it placed last on Solskogen. My clear favourite in that compo, but tastes differ. |
