@Digger: thanks for mentioning :) With QCH, I wanted to stay close to the colour limitations as they are in plain HiRes, just with smaller "chars". So coding-wise, this has similarities to NUFLI, but instead of striving for maximal colour flexibility, QCH rather focusses on char consistency; in consequence, the needed sprites all reside over the FLIbug;)

Check out King of the Forest, AFLIFlea, Sunsadness for other examples of QCH.

So, it's like NUFLI (FLI every 2nd line) but without sprite underlay, only 1 column of overlaid sprites with color changes to mask the FLI bug?
