in disk42a.d64
tune Q is actually the same as G, MC/Rockmonitor_2.sid
tune O is still broken but the unpacked leftovers in memory match
/MUSICIANS/T/The_Syndicate/Axel_F.sid

OK, we are getting closer. :-) Uploaded yet another image (disk42a), where the instructions and file Q work; unfortunately file O is still broken.

I've added yet another image (which seems pretty broken) which contains at least a file Q.

I've uploaded another disk which includes a working C and M file. Actually tune C is /MUSICIANS/T/The_Syndicate/Just_Died_digimix.sid and is a remix of /MUSICIANS/B/Banana/Just_Died.sid.
Tune M is /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/Rock_Writer_tune.sid

Still tunes O and Q are missing.

Also the disk includes the file "Rock-Writer Ins." which I don't know how to start.

File C.* is broken, but contains 1st part of data from Banana/Just_Died.sid
Missing files: M, O, Q. Enough to mark this as corrupted.
rest of tunes are really giving me a hard time deciding what to do, quality is so bad I would prefer not finiding these "rare gems" sometimes =)
A.sid : not found, could be added
D.sid : (The_Flying_Dutchman) /DEMOS/S-Z/They_Did_03_part_6.sid + digis
E.sid : slight edit of Tel_Jeroen/HCS_etc/Jarre_Mix.sid + digis. also found in Oxygene
F.sid : same as Mad_Donne_Marcel/True_Blue.sid + added digis
H.sid : not found, could be added
I.sid : similar data to /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/Cruft_Music_V4.sid, btw sounds heavily different and anyway stops playing after 27 seconds...
P.sid : same as OPM/Rockmonitor_3.sid but different samples

They_Did_03_part_6.sid is even released in 1988, so it's a bit of a chicken and egg question :)
