Read here, this wikipedia page is much more interesting on the subject than the other one posted..
Awesome colors and shading, although I think the Antialiasing could be improved in some of the non-ball parts of the picture.. the thin black outlines look "cut up"...

It's not just FLI that he's mastered, but that of making the most of the colour blending effects you can use with PAL(emulation) - very nice!
