No. CSDb lists 100 visitors to the HZ/EQX party 1989, but way more people attended the event. It's easily possible Sony and Thyra have been there too.

Since Sony cracked it and attended the Horizon & Triad Meeting 1989, I think we can assume it was released at this party.

I can't remember small meetings like Horizon & Triad Meeting 1989 being called party by anyone those days.

I found a version with a dir entry that states that it was released at the HZ party, question now remains, which one :

Horizon & Equinoxe 1989 or Horizon & Triad Meeting 1989
