The title of this picture is "Black Widow", which simply tells us that there is something black and a widow.
All i See is a spider and a foot, looking like female (well actually all I see is pixels but... )

The name also plays on female connotations which would mean that this picture is all about girlfight. Man vs. spider. A woman vs another woman. :)

By the looks of the nice shoe, both women are probably quite hard on men.

Edit: a new interpretation is: the leg to the right is not a womans leg, since we all know black widows only eat men ;D
