Previous release did beat me but I gotta give it a try again! <3 | User Comment Submitted by theK on 26 July 2022
Awesome!
Now I just have to take the time to sit down and try to figure out how it works! :-) | User Comment Submitted by DubDee on 26 July 2022
This is so good! Im still trying to set the perfect sync so the MIDI Clock is timing with my Machinedrum. Im almost there.
Thank you for the long chat and that you took the time to fix everything including Sync Adapter to work. Cheers! | User Comment Submitted by Frantic on 26 July 2022
Good work there! Nice to see support for the defMON sync adapter. | User Comment Submitted by Hermit on 26 July 2022
I got some feedbacks/reports form some users meanwhile and I noticed some features to be improved. The ChangeLog is in the zipped source, but in a nutshell:
-Better 7x oversampled waveforms (combined waveforms are much cleaner now, CPU-utilization increased a bit)
-Ctrl+E (or C=+E on C64) to set the jump-target for a new instrument/FX easier, it points to the free space right after the end of InsFx-table
-default pattern-length is now saved into the .flx workfile and restored when the tune is loaded (overrides the setting in config-file temporarily)
-the defMON sync-adapter (made by ScannerBoy at chipmusic.org) is now supported and used if present on the real C64
-note-display mode, SID-model, relocation-target, default pattern-length are now loaded from the saved settings (config-file)
(-fixed 'installed size' info of the deb-package)
I wanted to upload a zip containing everything, just like in 1.1, but CSDb servers gave me failure for the 3.8MB file. Maybe I've exceeded a filesize-limit?
So separate files are available now for the supported platforms and the source-code.
(Non-Debian Linux users can compile from source or take the content from the deb-package with MC/whatever. It's statically linked SDL 64bit executable by default, not requiring libSDL on the system.) |
