$d016 shift interlace in 2017 feels so odd, however I wouldn't mind color lace only. Then what Groepaz said.

overuse of interlaced colors in top half makes it flicker way too much for my taste. it could look way better if the interlace was more used as an effect (eg in the light rays) than just drawing as if interlace didnt exist.

motiv is ok, although those "clouds" in the background are weird, they feel wrong to me
