Please avoid this version, especially if you are creating new extended artwork. There's an updated version available: ALBERT 1.2.1

Tried to run the docker version on my docker server but.... I dont think xwayland provides a true X server for it. Anybody figured out a way without running X?

Now ALBERT can also be used for working at non-extended images. These can be exported to PNG files, native formats (Koala Painter 2 for multicolor or Art Studio 1.x for hires), or executable PRG files.
Just in case: the package for Linux is still shipped as a Docker image. It's based on Alpine Linux 3.18.6, up to date, and supported by the development team.
