I take full responsibility for .sid selection. The .sid by The Syndrome sounds great! ..even now in 2022 i like the play this amazing .sid ^_^
As for the Zombie animation. I happened to stumble across an Amiga digitizer for sale in a local shop. At the time i owned an Amiga. From what i recall, i digitized some frames from the movie Zombie Flesh Eaters (1979) of a zombie walking towards the camera.
The digitizer appeared to have some issues. The images appeared to suffer from digital interference, which i was not happy about.
I think i managed to link the Amiga to the C64 and Xfer the images to C64 using GoDot. The digital interference vanished once converted to C64 hires.
With the images of the Zombie walking towards the camera now looping on C64, the music seemed to fit, at the time atleast. |

I like zombie stuff, but i think it was the right decision to abandon the demo.
The music isn't zombie-like at all neither is the animation.
That music sounds way to happy. I mean, what's the point of choosing a typical ding-a-ling C64 music when it is supposed to be a zombie demo?
And for the animation, it could also be some drunk bum in the night. Logo is ok though. :P |
