fantastic stuff! The Bubble Bobble arcade machine is among my all time favourite games and this is definitely a worthy tribute!

First impressions: Very cute. Except the Bob somehow seems to have hard time blowing the bobble. Background is also nice.

If you would of taken Mirage's ideas further you could of drawn something also in the FLI bug area. Dunno how strict it is with Timathes, if I remember correctly you are using Timanthes...? When I was testing various FLI editors on C-64 I remember Crest's FLI Profi also let's you use the FLI bug area in limited way. Someone in the know please enlighten me!

But good 8½ from me. I like your works. :)
