Mixer did several parts in past Origo demos before. and, btw, Mixer? Was it you who did the starfield intro in Elysion - the Requiem ? Noone's mentioned as coder in the demo. | User Comment Submitted by rez on 1 May 2014
Awesome fullscreen effect!
*MIND* *BLOW* | User Comment Submitted by BHF on 18 November 2012
Again, a brilliant effect. Wish I could code again :D | User Comment Submitted by PAL on 14 November 2012
By the way... you are a music artist and no coder, right? lol... fantastic effect! | User Comment Submitted by PAL on 14 November 2012
MIXER: YOU SHOULD RELEASE ALL OF YOUR ROUTINES... I LOVE THEM THINGS AND FOR ME THIS IS A SUPER RELEASE... BETTER THAN MANY OR MOST NORMAL DEMOS....
Anyway... if you had them in a demo someone would just tell you that the transition were all wrong... and music were not that cool and that the idea of the whole demo were wrong and that you should do it like this or that instead... or that there is lame stars, they should have been in other color... or the font in the text on part four were all wrong... to long demo, to short demo... split demo up... make that in another way... do not like image 42 of 60... reminds me of a demo from 1997, lamer.... it is like an effect in a pc game, unoriginal... and so on and on....
Do it like you want... all should do that!
AND THE BEST THING: NOW THIS ONE IS!!!! IT IS THERE!!! and not beeind dusted down at some floppy...
In our online forum we have seen and disqussed and been so excited about these two small releases of yours!
9/10 from me, not that it matters! | User Comment Submitted by Mixer on 14 November 2012
Nowadays a proper demo means design, transitions and all sorts of bullshit. Who says what a production must be like? There is no exploring the possibilities of a particular effect apart from what the "overall design" says. So, I've got plenty of unfinished stuff that I will probably never release them as a proper demo, just don't have the time or interest to put it in your preferred frame Groepaz. If you prefer, I'll keep them out of csdb, eventually someone will dig them up and put them here anyway.
I despise such limited view of the world.
