I don't think TBT is The Bingo Team since there is no group active in 1998 called ACC. Since the tune is from 1986, it is most likely that this is ripped from the same year or one or two years after, but not 13 years after. Also ACC is greeted and most likely it is ACC active from 1986.

I was thinking it was not 1998 fred but he greeted the bingo team,well i thought it might be TBT and they made releases in 1998 so i put it in there.

I don't think 1998 is the real release year so I removed it.
