What is to blame is that noone comes up with a rule how this stuff must be handled - and the result is everyone does it according to his own pet theory. (eg crediting rob hubbard all and everywhere a hubbard tune is used seems to be the right thing to do, and adding cracker groups as releaser that have made something that some lamer took and linked an intro to is common business too.)

The system is not to blame, but who entered the credits. Who created the entry probably don't know better and had to guess. Besides, you could simply fix the entry yourself if you know better, this database correctness is everyone's with an account duty, not just to post comments. Push the update button and fix it, probably takes less than commenting.

Seriously credits system needs to be fixed. Credit should only be for the original fix not for a fix that some other group linked an intro to.

I don’t like being credited on more than the original. Especially on some local group that never had a rep outside their country.
