I was sure somebody will make a game with 1541 as a controller when i saw Aquarius. Though i hoped for original game, and not just changing the steering device. Then i understand doing what you did was faster than developing new game, and this way you had better chance to be first, which you achieved, though i'm not impresed much.

@jab: Don't worry, you can try it out. It 100% won't do any damage to your 1541 if you stick with the "weak haptic feedback" option (space) instead of F1, and you are carefull to not break any connectors or rip off cables while aranging the 1541 for a comfortable playing position.
With the strong haptic feedback (F1) it will bang the sled with the head on it to the track 1 stop in the diskdrive a lot. This gives much better rumble, but it might mess up the alignment of the head if done to much. I know how to repair and realign my drives so I don't care, but keep in mind that this bumping is also done by the commodore formatting routines and most any fast format if it wants to be sure track 1 is right. So use this option if you feel comfortable with it.

Full support for this, as if the original wasn't wacko enough :D :D
Probably not going to try this on my drive though.
