Very good stuff!

As far as I can see, old times vs new times = simple background vs carefully dithered background :)

This is cool. An excellent representation of the old school scene through today's scene :)

Hey, can't believe I first missed this. Very cool concept, and some great gfx that serves as a reminder that we all started somewhere and that we all improve with age. Good one, Carrion. And Dane's gwoowy music goes well with it too.

love the soundtrack, reminds me a bit of reyn's dutch breeze track (supertrucker) at times.

nice presentation and gfx too, however I do agree a bit with mace about the fade adding. or maybe thats the 25% we're still missing? ;)

Nice to see you noticed my back-to-the-roots attempt, Steppe. :) Expect an improved version in the 100% release.

Very entertaining.
And indeed, the 199x/2009 transistion is nice to see.
I only wished you had used the first image as the last one, because it was the most shocking change.
Compared to that one, the rest just looked as if background filling was the only thing added, while I expected more.

Nice gfx, but most of all a Mitch'n'Dane tune that sent me right back to 1996. How I missed those sounds!

This is so great! I really love the before and after thing. 2009 and everything is possible still...
Some awesome gfx tricks for us to admire in there!
Part from that a sweet audio/visual presentation I couldn't even imagine when you talked about it,
probably not even after the fantastic images you showed me :)
