A nice little oldie. I love these auto playing demos. Maniac Mansion was gold. Would be nice to find the Hungarian version of LN1.

Of course this is no rip off.
The t64 version you linked is a direct version if the ZZAP #26 Covertape which happens to be the first MEGATAPE which you probably wont find as such in the internet. In fact the image I worked with is probably exactly this (the ZZAP Megatape 1, just not by that name). How you claim this to be a rip after I wrote about its tape-orginal saddens me a bit.
We thought to bring up a unknown gem but apparently it wasnt THAT unknown or at least not for the first time... Consider this a reminder of a nice demo :)

both previews seems to be a rip off of The Last Ninja Preview anyway.

Gosh! This seems rushed. The typo in the intro is unforgettable haha: "The Last Nina" ;)

Oh,
I was actually not aware of this being "out there" already. Well then it comes down to "being on disk'. If there was a proper category, I would not refer to this as crack at all. 'Preview' however gave people already some confusion with ManiacMansion as the game is there.

What makes you think that?
The Trilogic Expert freeze?
The tape used a WILDLOAD derivative.
It was rather common to master tapes with freeze-states of a running game. There many commercial games doing so. In fact if you take the effort to browse the memory you will find left-overs of the dev phase:
