I forgot to mention-- the original ESI release of Skyfox II still had the code wheel protection enabled. This version has a second party patch already applied, so the code wheel is no longer necessary.

I still have the fix and release notes in LNX format, but I have been unable to access it (all versions of LNX that I have tried have refused to open it). Otherwise, I would have given credit for the "bug fix".

Update: Janitor of Triad broke the code wheel protection. Information has been updated.
