Very nice colour usage, definitive improvements there as often is the case with Leon's more recent graphics. I think also the anatomy is quite correct this time (any references you care to share?) so steady progress on all fronts I'd say!

As for the motive, well... we all know Leon :)

The girl is picit girhes (a bit thin) for my taste - yes, it's a starving prisoner. I like these colour palettes and dithers, even shimmering green, and especially the black-to-blue shadow-gradient. Naked woman theme worked again :)
