| Ian: or we would also expect that release groups monitor the other sites, as CSDb is not the main site, it is one of a few. This has always been the way back in the day. Sometimes groups planted releases on certain boards knowing the potential of other groups re-releasing it, or even they hid their release from general view on a lesser site if they did not want the group knowing they had the preview and thus potentially the full game. |

I guess this and the +2 versions weren't added here because you didn't want to ruin the sales of the commercial release before it was actually sold. I can only suggest in the future to create immediately an empty entry here, explaining the missing link to the actual file with "available on the usual FTPs"
At least it's documented for everyone that you have the 1st release. |
