Some of the changes:

complete rewrite, Delphi 7 instead of Delphi 5, much better user interface
image window with several optional informative grids (colour warnings etc.)
original picture can be made "shine through" from under the converted picture
cut'n paste operations
visual image format editor
improved drawing while keeping colour restrictions
interlace simulation
improved conversion to C64 modes
conversion via lookup tables (either manually defined or calculated)
plugin-system that understands ConGo-plugins and Photoshop-plugins
conversion assistant with live preview in all modes
new format system that unifies internal, .ini and plugin file formats
more usable formats
image to ascii picture conversion
.ini-file is assumed in WINDOWS directory
own implementation for archive viewers, they do not depend on Star Utilities anymore
