Amazing logo. It looks like Hein originally planned the top half to be grey rather than blue (Nuclear Logo) which might fit more with a "nuclear winter" theme? I do think it looks amazing with the blue, though, but perhaps the grey would've been more "unique"? The colour split logos were all the rage back then - but this one is just done spectacularly.

I wonder also... the left side of the logo is coloured slightly differently - note the cyan there. Is that intentional?

Too much weed to remember the exact month. But, simple deduction of the raw facts, I joined Density and changed my handle to HD in October 1989, which is nicely tagged in this logo.

Updated release date to November 1989, can't be September 1989, because I did the logo later. Probably October or November.
