Just to clearify this point,
For Skate or Die there are so-called 'Parameter codes' for ActionReplay cartridges to transfer+convert the Tape version into a Diskversion with Kernal-load. It involves freezing at the Title screen and then launching the ActionReplay tool from the AR Epansion Disk. That one was remembered/used for the original Skate or Die! release by Avatar.
Additionally Alex once coded a tool to render an Easyflash-cartridge image out of any Kernal loading multi-file d64-image.
TheRyk used that tool on the d71 image of the game.
