2.27 - 2012.03.08 - 2012.08.01 (not 2011, my bad)

- Added parameter -o to force output filename.
- ZP Vector $52/$53 initialized pointing to $0300 as expected on a C64, some
  program is relying on it.
- SBX illegal op fixed: doesn't use carry while subtracting, but must be set.
- Added flags value in debug trace (-x) to help debugging SBX behaviour =)

Scanners added:
- Anticom Packer
- CNET Fixer Coder
- Dr. Zoom Packer v1.0
- Exact Coder
- Flexible Code Compactor v3.x / Bandit+CCS
- Speedy 64 Compiler
- Tim Crunch
- TKC Bytepress v2.0
- Triangle Coder (no sysline but a poke807,8; uses Basic ROM and SBX illegal op)
- XDS Coder v3.0
- Unknown $439 Packer

Scanners revised:
- AR/FC split freezes: if loader name is 16 chars long, the main file name has
last letter truncated. Now it tries to look for the truncated name. for ex:

  (unpacking "DREISATZRECHNUNG.prg" + "-DREISATZRECHNUN.prg")
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG.prg not found
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG.prg.prg not found
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG not found
  Onefiling with -DREISATZRECHNUN.prg

  (unpacking "DREISATZRECHNUNG" + "-DREISATZRECHNUN")
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG not found
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG.prg not found
  -DREISATZRECHNUNG not found
  -DREISATZRECHNUN.prg not found
  Onefiling with -DREISATZRECHNUN

- CFB Coder v1: better detection of return address on some hacks.
- gp-02 intro: relocation entry point can be variable, found 2 variants, fixed.
- Super Compressor / Flexible: better detection of return address.
- Super Compressor / Equal sequences (sysless): better detection of entry point.
- Visiomizer v6.3: Return address detection was completely wrong, and also
could lead to wrong start of memory set to $0800 (default if return isn't set)
- WGI Coder: ID now detects also TWG modification.
