d64 shredder v0.1

- hardcore test your demos/loader/whatever

this little tool does no more no less than randomly screwing up the block
allocation in a d64, resulting in seeking mayhem when trying to load files. this
may or may not be useful in some debug scenarios.

WARNING: d64s prepared with this tool will put considerably huge amount of
mechanical stress on your real floppy drive.

to use, simply do:

d64shredder -i infile.d64 -o outfile.d64
