Changed release date to today, fixed "Released at" to the right Commodore meeting/Treffen Graz, added a working download link, added Lotek64 Magazine Staff as release group and added "[german]" tag.
Should there be a "[german]" tag after all? If yes/no, why? :)

dont create entries for stuff that are yet to be released please, create them when they are out - and preferably add a real download link and none of that indirect php shit that is dead after a few weeks (like in the entries for the last 3 issues)
