I'm not sure whether this one is within the rules of the compo or not.

There is only one character set, and the code is just a mover. It does, however, move the logo by 1/3 of a character per frame relative to the character boundaries.

Full disclosure - original image created in Photoshop (just text with some filters), custom converter. No hand pixelling in this one.
