And I just realized there is a very good use for a 6x6 charset: You can have 3 lines of text in one sprite!
Will use this in my upcoming game, Pac It. |

Another attempt at making something awefully small! 6x6 pixel charset, but highly readable.
I'm not sure my idea of making a 6x6 charset so you could put something more into the same char makes any sense, but here you are... =) |
