Summary

This is basically fallout from Bitbreaker's "Show Me Your (Vector) Balls" compo.

Everyone said 50Hz was too fast for the 128 frames Bitbreaker provided, and that VQ was too lossy. So, I generated twice as many frames, used smaller tiles, and compressed the index sequence to fit it in ram.

Note that the stand alone .prg is too long to load without a decent fastload or loader; the kernal routines will barf.
