Changes:
- released under GPL-2 (sourceforge svn)
- added some new formats, fixed some older ones ;)
- updated to use SDL2 for hardware scaling, better full screen switch
- picture saving without creating a window
- pal/ntsc aspect ratio option
- no borders, but it'll be added back sometime later
- file format and name is displayed in the title

It works from the command line (unless already associated in the OS):
view64 [-fs] [-nolace] [-width x] [-height y] [-pal] [-ntsc] [-save] file

While running "s" saves a BMP file, "f" toggles fullscreen, ESC is exit.

Only win32 binary is provided now, feel free to compile it for your OS of choice. The only dependency is "libsdl2-dev". But maybe that pulls in even the kitchen sink ;)

The image decoding/detection was split out into "libview64". It has no external dependencies and can be used as a shared library in other C/C++ GPL compatible projects. The images are decoded into a byte array of size w*h in a range of 16 (c=0) or 256 (c=1) colours, nothing complicated.

If the code/format information is used somewhere, please mention where it's coming from. I've spent a lot of time reverse engineering the various formats years before some of them went common knowledge.
