what Tim sez, let's give Starcom he ripped the pic and managed to use some mirror function in some paint tool and probably picked the rainbow colours of that underwhelming logo, otherwise I guess even the starfield background might be stolen

Graphics most likely stolen.

I doubt Charles Deenen stole the graphics from Twins ;)
