By definition Didi is right as it says "Released by". Although I'd rather have the creators credited instead.

Hmm, I respectfully disagree Didi.
I think the group/person who created the intro should be credited instead of giving credits to who it is created for.

I don't think so. A crack intro is "released" by the group it was made for when using it infront of a release for the first time.
