Burnin' Pen '64 requires a Light Pen to work. Either you run it with a working light pen on the real hardware *and* a real CRT monitor, or you have to try it in an emulator supporting light pens. See the docs on the disk for info on how to use VICE correctly and/or for schematic and part list on how to build your own light pen.
