New in WAV-PRG 4.1:

new routine for generated Turbo Tape 64 files for C64. It is IRQ-based, which makes it more reliable than the old, traditional one. .TAP files with average bit duration 102 created by it work on VICE, and even on a real C64 when loaded from a DC2N device. The lowest bit duration has been lowered to 102 (note that the command-line version did not and does not enforce the limit anyway)
new routine for generated Turbo Tape 64 files for VIC20. Now, the fast option is available when creating VIC20.
Fixed a bug with creating .PRG files that load up to and including address $FFFF
The Windows binary is packaged with new plug-ins: Alien (Argus Press), Anirog, Ash&Dave, Binary Design, Burner, Cauldron/Hewson/Rainbird, Cult, Dragonload, Flashload, Return of the Jedi (variant of Flashload), Ocean, Tequila Sunrise, Thunderload, plus an updated version of Rack-It
Fixed a bug occurring in a corner case when creating clean TAP files from WAV files using halfwaves
