OK now it seems to work. :)

Some homework for next version:
- Initialise $D021, currently if you start from vanilla KERNAL or JIFFY colors are hard to read on blue background.
- Truncated file names seem to produce ERROR
- Test more properly before next version and release it on .D64 image, for single .PRG started via double klick on emulator produces disk error (logical to me but maybe confusing for others).

starting from .D64 image doesn't work on WinVICE (True Drive on/Virt Dev Traps of), so $AB not set is _not_ the problem here
