Biggest advice I can give is... Do what you like and do it your way, whatever makes YOU happy. Screw what other people think, want or ask for because that's no fun ;)

Try not to take anything too serious.

Welcome Karmic! I'm always happy to see another (new) active C 64 sceners! :) Your crack works fine and the used noter for the docs scrolls quickly. Good work!

Since many years our famous cracker groups make excellent releases with imported/restored title pics, attached documents, bugfixing, installed HI-Savers and trainer options. But ones is very rare, so let me show you my suggestions please:
There are "simple" or "standard" trainers which are perfect to get practice with the game and to train the level(s). Like "UNLIMITED LIVES", "INVINCIBLE"... But the player can't lose the game now!
Also there are "clever" or "comfort" trainers like your "INFINITE BONUS", but also "UNLIMITED AMMUNITION", "UNL. FUEL", "AUTO-FIRE"...These "clever" or "comfort" trainers makes the gameplay easier and funnier, but the player can still lose the game! So it remains exciting! Here are some examples:

- Clever/comfort trainers shouldn't stop any counters, but manipulate their values! Some counter for a bonus runs to fast, or some counter for refuel/reloaded runs to slow.
http://gamebase64.com/game.php?id=386&d=18&h=0 ---> The moon moves to fast, so the spider comes to early.
http://gamebase64.com/game.php?id=11141&d=18&h=0 and the higher versions of "Berzerk Redux" ---> The "Evil Otto" runs to fast and so the player hasn't a real chance to escape.
Many variants of Pac-Man ---> The active time of the magic pills is to short in higher levels.

- Clever/comfort trainers could deactivate the level reset after losing a life.
http://gamebase64.com/game.php?id=1198&d=18&h=0 ---> After losing a life the level/burgers are reset. That's frustrating!

- Last, here is a crack which includes clever/comfort trainers which makes the game more playable, but it remains dangerous:
Rolling Thunder +6 ---> The trainer option #5 of this IKARI crack allows you to continue the game after losing a life! :) And option #6 accelerates the game. :)

So please watch out for counters in your future cracks, if you want! I think trainer options which manipulates the counters and/or deactivates any level reset after losing a life, could be easier and more funny, but the game remains dangerous!

Perhaps it's not easy to find these counters, but probably exciting!

Good luck! ;)

Just as long as the high score saver doesn't crash if there's no diskdrive or some other disk error. ;)

As there is a highscore-list, it would be nice to save the scores if no trainer was used.
