As things like these will receive "updates" likely and there is an excellent article for Makefile based development http://codebase64.org/doku.php?id=base:crossdev - could be a better place to publish such archives.
Preferable with an extended explanation in form of an article?
And I won't even start bitching about spreadsheets serving for some purpose on development even! :)

Ha, I never thought I would find another person that would use Excel to disassemble commodore64 binaries. This one does look a more polished!
And it's better coded.

An empty Standard Project containing the necessary directory structure for the ReM projects

My C64 disasm excel sheet is contained in the tools subdir
My vice.ini is conatined in tools too
the "inc" dir conatins alle the C64/1541 hardware/memory/regiser equates i use for my projects
