Good to know thing, that we forgot to mention i the intro scroller/docs because we were in a rush: The fourth option in the trainer menu (which we of course don't count) is a test trainer thingie left in the game by the developers. We decided to show it, and added it as a bonus for you all to see. While this is nice and all, it should be mentioned that some choices there might interact with other chosen trainers, so if you don't want to experiment with this, just ignore the fourth bonus choice, and have a nice ride. Our trainers work fine.
