It's the party and/or one of the early preview version of the demo Lone Star (Lone Star) by Breeze.

It's different from the final release and you need to find the exit in the doom part yourself to advance further.

The first show date for this preview was after the Kernel 97 party (1997-03-07) as the hungarian text at the very beginning blame the guy who stole my disks with the demo sources.
