Indeed it is not racist at all, quite the contrary. I just read the scrolltext and it is, at least for the time around 1988, one of the strongest critiques of Nazi tendencies in the scene.

Release is not racist, as the (inverted?!) swastika and text points out The Critters and Men at Work as nazis.
