2.32 - 2015.07.30 - 2016.06.01

Scanners added:
- 64'er / Equal sequences 4.0DB (there are too many options in this packer!)
- Buraki $02 Packer (similar to Hitmen $02 but at $07e9, prolly another hack)
- ByteBoozer 2.0
- Nibb-it/Silicon
- Sledgehammer 2.4 (2.3 hack? same code but moved around)
- TFG Coder
- T.L.R. Linker (+sysless/loadback/fullmem)
- UA Packer

Scanners revised:
- Exomizer, 2 rare problems:
  - PSID64 -c uses Exomizer 1.x compression but return address wasn't
found correctly, added an exception so now they are unpacked correctly.
  - Also found that if a return address was at $xx4C or $4Cxx it wasn't found
correctly, should be fixed now. Damn backward scan =)
- Equal Byte Compressor v1.7 (was Unknown $fd Packer) identified.
- Equal Byte Compressor v1.9 (was Unknown $107 Packer) identified.
- SIR Combine v3.x: Changed detection to allow ID and dissolving a variant
found in TigerDisks, with a different pointer for filenames.
- TBC Multicompactor v1: better handling of hacked JMP addresses, found at least
3 ways to confuse older UNP64.
