8 commands per tick might become 2 per channel, per tick. It should drastically improve performance which I will undo with buffered SID writes. And arrow left is your friend. I want to remove the free play modes mainly to free memory for more patterns and a project packer.

8 commands per tick functionality has to stay ofcourse. Love it! :D
Leave out Mono/Poly Sound-Layering out next releases to get back our F4 "Goattracker stop" instead ;)

Thx. I killed 2 more bugs since this release, still 2 known (but not yet investigated) bugs to go for v1.00. After that I start contemplating about a rewrite which will most likely remove compatibility with v 1.0x and lower. Ditch the funny free-play mode and 8 commands per tick functionality, for instance. :)

Due to recent college studies I have deadly limited time on my fav 8bitter-batter but once having the time again, I can't wait to put my dirty sounding hands on this one.

I totally love / adore the concept.
