Improvements for v1.2
1) Sound FX stops working around 6.000 points (please fix)
2) Show/Hide Point counter in game (as with music/FX)

New in v1.1:

- Added joystick support for highscore input
- Pressing fire in port 1 doesn't change the music ingame anymore
- Pressing space doesn't pause the text screens anymore
