There's no download link provided, as we want to reduce the chance of answering emails about buggy tunes that result from having an outdated version of HVSC.
People who want to dig in old HVSC versions out of historic curiousity are encouraged to visit the HVSC website and proceed from there.

I took over the admin post in this update and basically started working 24/7 on it to finally get rid of our huge unreleased archive. By then there were about 4000 tunes waiting to get released, so I put almost 2000 of them into this pack, massively breaking the old rule that a HVSC update is supposed to fit on a single 1.44 MB floppy disk - this update was four times as big. :-)
