Hehe yeah, never thought it was finished. :)

Anyway, palette selection has two options: Left mouse button selects a color, and right selects a transparency color for the copy or scale functions.

This tool has a number of shortcuts, for example use the right mouse button to enter/leave zoom mode and mouse wheel for zooming. Hires modes are quite buggy, so better avoid those. The Spline function is also pretty much unusable. Clashes will be updated in realtime and the program tries to automatically fix them, so if you for example use the line function you can see the clashes in realtime appear or disappear again, depending on where you put the line.
