This Part was supposed to be in the Wonderland 13.
It uses VSP (AGSP) technique. Which is considered to be crash proned on the later c64c with the new SID Chip 8580.
We have already experienced crashes during previous demo compos and would like to avoid any issues this time. Since we had also other variations of the same effect but using different techniques like sprite carpets, which in turn would lead to having 3 parts of very same fx but with different approaches. This demo part was decided to be linked out from the demo in the very last days before X-2016 and decided to enter the competition as a single file demo part, which it eventually won first price at X-2016 for the best single file demo :)

Also a funny note that Magnar did this tune for the Music compo, but missed his deadline, it's only a one minute tune but we only show 30 seconds of the demo anyway :)

The Idea of this part grew when I was doing these mirror scrollers in Serpent & Fantasmolytic, but the technology for handling tiles seemlessly wasn't perfected until the Fantasmolytic skeleton scroller, hence this vas the very first demo part made for X-2016.
