I really like this, more than the original Picasso piece it is based on actually. I think this is a deserved win, this is how you do a "copy" the right way.

It is clear that there is no scanning going on, no digitising, nothing like that. Animal Bro just took the base composition and I wonder if she even looked at the original while doing this, it is quite different in a lot of ways. Plenty of pictures have won which are just blatant copies, often probably wired and reworked. So yeah, no problem here at all, because that is clearly not the case.

Really looking forward to seeing more from you :)

And like it very much as mag title pic
Mixed feelings about winning competition with someones artwork

Even if it is good and creative adaptation (which is pretty amazing work by itself)
